Sometimes insured patients, who comes from  outside the European Economic Area (EEA) seen by the medical service providers, to obtain the payment from Insurance companies the patient personal data could be transfer. When is neccesary transfer data to insurance companies and related companies we make sure that they have a level of data protection similar to the European Union. Companies based in the US, we may transfer data to them if they are part of the Privacy Shield which requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between the Europe.
