The answer is very easy. In consultation you will find your confidential space so that you can talk to a professional in therapy, with the peace of mind and confidence that you will be heard and cared for. In addition, you will find explanations, strategies and solutions to alleviate your situation and improve your well-being.

What won't you find in a consultation with a professional?
A:
Promises or empty words. We will analyze your situation, describe the origin and causes that have brought you to the present moment. We will establish well-defined objectives, propose a plan of action and evaluate the results. After some time, we will ask you if you are still doing well.
Q:
How long will the therapy last?
A:
We wish we knew the exact number of sessions. Before we will have to assess the reason for the consultation and analyze the variables that promote the problem. My obligation is to guide you on the duration of the process that, except for justified exceptions for very specific cases and duly informing the client, should not exceed between 12 and 15 sessions.
