Orthopaedic Surgeon in Murcia and Almería, Spain. Specialist in Reconstructive Surgery of the Hip, Knee, Foot and Ankle. Honorary Professor of the University of Murcia 2007-2020. Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Faculty of Medicine of Murcia in 1994, after which he made a Fellowship as a Surgeon in the UK working at different hospitals. In 2001 he began the MIR at the Hospital Clínico Universitario de Valencia, obtaining the title of Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology and the Diploma of Research Sufficiency in 2006.

In 2015 he obtained the Degree of Doctor of Medicine Surgery with cum laude qualification and in 2016 the Diploma of University Master in Research in Clinical Medicine at the Miguel Hernández University of Elche and the University Master in Bioethics at the University of Murcia. He is also Director of the Theoretical-Practical Course on Foot and Ankle Surgery held in Murcia biannually and has been Director of the World Congress on Rheumatology & Orthopedics held in its two editions in Madrid and Paris. He is Regional Delegate for Murcia of the Spanish Society of Medicine and Surgery of the Foot and Ankle (SEMCPT) and editor of its journal and also of the journals MOJOR Orthopaedics and Rheumatology, EC Orthopaedics, Orthopedic Research Online Journal, Orthopedics and Rheumatology Open Access Journal (OROAJ), Peertechz Journal of Orthopedics and Rheumatology and Orthopedics, Traumatology and Sports Medicine International Journal (OTSMIJ). He is a Teacher of the European Society for Sports Traumatology, Knee Surgery and Arthroscopy (ESSKA), Professor of the Academy of the Spanish Association of Arthroscopy (AEA), and Member of the Murcian Association of Sports Medicine.
