I am a person who like anyone else went through bad and difficult times, I sought professional help, sometimes without success and others that helped me to find a way to deal with situations that prevented me from leading a peaceful life. My vocation for psychology comes from childhood, my interest in understanding how the mind works and why some people are so different from others, on a path where academic training and personal experience go hand in hand, because I have always shown more interest in training me in the problems I needed to overcome.

Later my professional experience led me to work with adolescents with serious behavioral problems and my personal experience to be a mother of three girls who are now teenagers, these two situations led me to train in conflict resolution, family interventions, couple therapy, because for me the couple is essential in the evolution of children, in addition, instability and poor relationship with the partner can trigger a stress disorder, anxiety or depression to name a few.

So I decided to undertake, putting at the service of people who need it, all my experience and training, offering a safe place to express themselves from the acceptance, without judgment and with a close accompaniment, especially in the early stages of the process, to achieve a full life, and not happy, at least happy all the time, happy when it touches and sad when it touches too, accepting every moment of our life and living with more or less intensity but with great presence, the sorrows and joys.
