Vithas Alicante Hospital is located in the city of Alicante, at the foot of the Santa Barbara Castle, a short distance from the city center.

It was inaugurated on January 2, 1944, and is therefore a pioneer hospital in Alicante’s private medicine.

After the Adeslas Insurance Company became a shareholder in 1997, it began a major remodeling project of all its services, including the creation of new operating rooms with the most advanced technology.

It has an Emergency Unit operating 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, which integrates all available specialties, highlighting the physical presence 24 hours a day of emergency physicians, pediatricians, gynecologists and midwives.
